The recertification of the quality management system in the Institute of Metrology of B&H, in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001: 2015, was successfully performed, and the competencies of the Institute related to the establishment, application and improvement of the quality management system according to the requirements of this standard worldwide and applies to all organizations regardless of their size and type of activity.

The application of ISO 9001: 2015 has facilitated the implementation of integrated management systems, since the standard was first implemented a decade ago in our institution.

Successful implementation of Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2015 and compliance with the requirements of this standard is a widely accepted method of working which helps us to continuously and consistently demonstrates quality of our service to present customers, employees, partners and local community.
