The first calibration and measurement capabilities (CMC) in the field of gas flow were entered

The Gas Flow Laboratory (LABSAGAS) as a "Designated Institute" for measuring gas flow through successful participation in intercomparison organized by EURAMET has proven its competencies at the international level. The International Committee on Weights and Measures (BIPM) has published the calibration and metrology capabilities of the laboratory in the Key Comparison Database (KCDB).

Laboratory for measuring instruments KJKP Sarajevogas d.o.o. Sarajevo (LABSAGAS) was nominated by the Institute of Metrology, and in 2016 accepted by the International Committee on Weights and Measures as the "Designated Institute", thus becoming an integral part of the metrology system of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the field of gas flow. The laboratory has proven its competencies in the field of calibration of gas flow meters in a very wide range from 0.5 to 1600 m3/h with a measurement uncertainty of 0.35%

In this way, for the services listed in the KCDB database, the certificates issued are automatically recognized by the National Metrology Institutes (NMI) under the auspices of the International Committee on Weights and Measures. This practically means that all clients of the laboratory can receive a calibration service in Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with the highest world standards.
