A representative of the Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina participated in the work of the EURAMET Technical Committee for Flow (TC-Flow), which was held in Lyon from 14 to 16 April 2024.

The meeting was hosted by LNE, the National Metrology Institute of France, specifically the designated institute for the field of volume and flow – CETIAT. More than 50 representatives of national metrology institutes attended the meeting. The work of the Technical Committee took place through two plenary sessions, between which meetings of all subcommittees were held: Fluid Velocity, Liquid Flow, Gas Flow, and Volume.

Among the most significant topics were presentations of the preliminary results of two recently completed interlaboratory comparisons, as well as the announcement of two new comparisons of particular importance for maintaining the competencies of metrology institute laboratories. During the meeting, a working group was also established for the preparation of a new guideline for the calibration of vessels with a volume greater than 20 L, in whose work a representative of IMBIH will also participate. Special attention was attracted by poster presentations of new laboratories and methods for flow and volume calibration.
