On April 25th, 2025, a successful surveillance audit was conducted in accordance with the international ISO 9001 standard by the renowned certification body Bureau Veritas.
Below are the quoted statements from the evaluation report (Reference: 21404057/1-20097373667):

"The surveillance audit confirmed that the system is effective and achieves the set objectives. Improvement actions are regularly implemented, and the staff is competent and motivated.
Internal audits are conducted regularly according to the annual program. Internal auditors are competent to carry out audits so that findings can be used for implementing corrective actions. Special attention is given to the preparation of input data for system review, which is carried out systematically with the participation of all key stakeholders.
This external verification of the quality management system confirmed:

1. that the management system complies with all requirements of the audited standard.
2. that the organization has successfully implemented the planned arrangements.
3. that the management system is capable of implementing the organization’s policy and objectives, and assessing the performance of the management system to ensure the organization meets applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
4. identification of areas where improvements to the management system are possible.
5. that the institution is capable of evaluating the success and effectiveness of the implementation of the management system in the organization."
