In the period 16.07.2024 - 17.07.2024, representatives of the Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IMBIH) attended to the closing meeting (M36) of the research EMPIR project "RF measurements for future communication applications (20IND03)-FutureCom", which was organized by the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) in London, UK. Within this project, the Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IMBIH) participated together with other members of the consortium in the work package WP3 entitled "Environmental Testing of Electronic Circuits". The activities in this package are related to the development of procedures for testing and evaluation of electrical performance of integrated electronic components in real operating conditions and specific environmental conditions of temperature and relative humidity. The project consortium was represented by 8 national metrology institutes (NPL, VSL, LNE, PTB, TUBITAK, IMBIH, CMI, METAS), research institutes (Institut für Mikrowellen-und Plasmatechnik, INTA), academic community (Delft University of Technology, University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, University of Surrey) as well as world renowned manufacturers of measuring equipment (Anritsu Emea Limited, Thales Group, INEX Microtechnology Ltd, Nokia Technology Centre, NI Zaventem, Keysight Technologies Belgium BV, Rosenberger Germany GmbH). At the meeting, the achieved results of all individual project partners were presented. IMBIH has successfully realized all the activities defined by the project.
