The Memorandum of Understanding, between the Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Mechanical Engineering Faculty Sarajevo, University of Sarajevo, was signed on 12th March 2024. It was signed by Milica Ristović Krstić, Director General of the Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and prof. dr. Haris Lulić, Dean of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty Sarajevo, University of Sarajevo.

The working meeting was attended by prof. dr. Haris Lulić and prof. dr. Almira Softić on behalf of the Mechanical Engineering Faculty Sarajevo, University of Sarajevo, and Milica Ristović Krstić, mr and dr. sc. Alen Bošnjaković on behalf of the Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina. After signing the memorandum, the laboratory tour was organised for the Institute of Metrology Bosnia and Herzegovina representatives. They visited the Laboratory for Dimensional Metrology of Mechanical Engineering Faculty Sarajevo. The working laboratory activities and working scope were presented by prof. dr. Almira Softić.

With this Memorandum, it was agreed to carry on cooperation between these institutions through different activities such as implementing mutual scientific-research projects, organizing seminars, symposiums, conferences, workshops, training, final thesis, exchanging best practices, as well as student visits to the Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina laboratories.

By signing this Memorandum, the Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina continues its practice of networking and cooperating with the academic community in Bosnia and Herzegovina and making partnerships with local institutions.
