On Thursday, November 30, 2023, the Directorate for Measures and Precious Metals (DMDM) marked the anniversary - 150 years of metrology in Serbia, with a ceremonial academy held in the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

Numerous respected officials and guests from the region attended the ceremonial  academy was attended by the director of the Institute of Metrology of BiH (IMBiH), Milica Ristović Krstić.

Director of DMDM Čedomir Belić presented the director of IMBiH with a certificate of appreciation for successful cooperation and contribution to the work of DMDM to the Institute of Metrology of BiH.

After the ceremony, guests had the opportunity to see national standards obtained at the end of the 19th century, archival metrological materials, as well as objects from that period, which are kept by the Museum of Science and Technology in Belgrade, and which were exhibited in the hall of the National Assembly.
